Slow expiration

The second half, filled with a full compliment of resreves, has slowly moved towards completion. Less than four minutes to go and the Huskies have a 52-point lead. Five players are in double digits scoring, but more importantly for the long-term benefit, the starters are getting a decent amount of rest. It will also help as the team leaves for Utah tomorrow and will need some time to adjust to the two hour time difference.

It's hard to fathom that Dixon and McLaren had two points between them when the team scored 91. Geno may be able mix and match his guards without Dixon, but there's no way that team will go too far unless McLaren becomes some kind of factor. I personally think Geno has the two of them so intimidated, they'll never realize their full potential.

I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of post play UConn has against Oklahoma next week. A double/double for Tina would be nice.
